There are modern churches and more classic churches, are you going to judge all the people that go to the modern church because of the way they worship? no

@blueorange31 It easily becomes a question of "do we sound good? does this instrument work here?" I myself am a worship leader, and in the past have come across this problem, and i hate seeing churches perform worship and try to make it look "cool" with lights, and snazzy electric guitars. Yes, it looks cool, yes it makes it sound good, but its not what it is about!

@blueorange31 Yes, i believe it is wrong to perform in church. Worship isnt a performance, its submitting yourself to god. Why must they have the lights? and all the other effects? Dont get me wrong, i dont doubt that people are worshipping, but i dont think that performing worship songs is true worship.

No one goes to these concerts to focus on the band. If you've been to one of their concerts, everyone is too caught up in worship. Alot of people's eyes are closed and hands reaching up.

church? church isnt where its all about how professional the music is, or how good the stage lighting is. Seriously, they dont look like they're worshiping God, they look like they're worshiping each other.
