Why do the republicans talk about bombing countries that they "THINK" have nuclear weapons? The only time the president has immediate authority is if a nuke is in the air. Otherwise you freakin go to congress! You do what kennedy did during the Cuban Missle Crisis! Congress and the UN!

He didn't mention Ron Paul because he was trying to make a point about the president's power, and how most presidential candidates are stupid. Ron Paul isn't an idiot, and therefore wasn't mentioned.
