This guy is a complete fraud. He will tell you he helps hundreds of businesses each year get funded. What he doesn't tell you is he is a one man operation and he copies and pastes all of your info into worthless documents and passes them off as a Private Placement Memorandum. (After taking your money)
Ask him to give you the names of the last 10 companies he has help get funded.
