@kokorotomo2011 well the reason i quit, is because if i don't. i would die. or go to jail. so i had no choice. but i find that drinking lots of vitamin C and working out controls the cravings, and taking caffiene pills like No-Doz two times a day helps. by the time i quit meth, my CART (cocaine amphetamine regulatory transcript) receptors for adeninosine, has been damaged beyond repair. that is why i have to take pure caffiene regularly, i'm still insomnia sometimes, but less delusional now.
