@002observador agreed and if the idiots listened to the entire recording, they would have seen that the kid only directed that was held on the ground who requested takeoff clearance, and for landing cleareance the dad gave instructions. the dad did nothing wrong in my opinion

Air traffic controllers and Pilots are the most professional people I have met ,
Why the reporters are so dumb ?... controllers , tower supervisors and pilots were aware of the situation all the time ...Inadecuate,maybe just maybe..dangerous ,I dont think so.
Don't screw the most exciting day in the kid's life !!

I guarantee that this kid was repeating the instructions given to him by his father (the ATCS). To think that a child was given ANY part of a decision making process is absurd!! Poor judgement on the controllers part - yes. Children in control of live air traffic? Not a chance!!!
