Slumlord Alert Ron Regwan Pat Cain 12195 Hilltop Drive Willis, Texas Inspection Part 2‏

My landlord Ron Regwan Cancelled the Lease and decided to give us back our deposit. He also states that we got the whole month of April free which I'm guessing means we technically don't have to be out until April 30, 2011.

I feel like we rented a money pit. It's amazing how these bad landlords and bad realtors can patch things poorly and make the trailer look good. How can they get away with taking your money, put their tenants is hazardous living conditions, and still be able to go to sleep at night.

Just looking out for other families or people & warning them so they don't get screwed either!! :) Sadly this property available to rent @ LAKE CONROE CENTRAL, MLS # 50567584... ENTER THE MLS # INTO SEARCH BAR!! The Whole Listing is false because it's not ready to rent and those pictures are over 5 months old and not accurate at all because it obvious is not ready to rent in the condition it's in....the trailer is still be worked & half the floor is missing still, it's on the porch!!

I'll have to drive by & shoot some new accurate footage of the outside of the trailer. We moved out 3 weeks ago & they haven't done crap so far. Drove by & all they've done is Torn Out The Bad Particle Flooring that they pieced together & was falling apart. It is now in mounds on the porch. Notice the pictures too....they don't have the sunflowers, entertainment center is no longer on the porch or property.

It has just came to my attention that as of today (Tuesday, June 7, 2011) that 12195 Hilltop Drive Willis, Texas 77318 trailer house is already UP for RENT!!! Looks like Pat Cain and Ron Regwan are up to their OLD TRICKS Again!! Here is the link for this property available to rent @ LAKE CONROE CENTRAL, MLS # 50567584... ENTER THE MLS # INTO SEARCH BAR!!

If you notice the broker is Pat Cain and it looks like he just got done uploaded the same pics and info from before FEBRUARY 2011!!

The scary thing is Ron Regwan stated he had never seen this trailer in person before, but that it was nicer than his other houses and has potential. You can plainly hear it in the video.

@wagner1225 according to public records off of Montgomery Central Appraisal District website Ron Regwan owns 53 properties here in Montgomery County Texas.

Between Ron Regwan and some other Regwan's (I'm assumming his relatives) it looks like they own more than 100 properties in montgomery county.

I ask myself the same question "What's wrong with our county officials" here in montgomery county because alot of houses in this area are bad and even worse than this trailer.....it's scary!!

I personally thing the one to blame is more or less the realtor Pat Cain. Pat Cain is the one who oversees all of the Mr Ron Regwan Properties here in Montgomery County and Mr Cain hires uncertified Workers to fix any and all repairs, especially before this trailer was occupied by us.

Can't Pat Cain get into trouble and possible lose his realtors license for not properly inspecting and maintaing these houses before tenants move in?!?!?!?!

Is this the same guy that has 60 houses in Montgomery County Texas, and he stated this home was one of his better ones, whats wrong with our County Officals that allow this kind of housing to be rented. !!!

Our landlord, Mr. Ron Regwan, is a real estate lawyer / Talent Agent. His law office and Talent Agency is located at 1875 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA, Century City, CA 90067 (Suite 700).

Notice how the carpenter is tiptoeing through the house, afraid to fall through the flooring, she does not look professional at all! She only brought 1 small piece of wood to fix the floor so it looks like Mr Cain was not truthful at all about how bad the floor was throughout the whole trailer!!
