@Bizziboy This is why 400+ of us are suing CPS where we are from. They are insane, wack-job, wanna be heroes with out a clue. They put us in harms way while they collect paychecks.. ..off the backs of our suffering. I think saying fuck you was being nicer then we their rescued wards have to say to them.

Everything he said... is true.... including the fuck you part.

I'd like to see how this all turns out for him..it's the 8th today which means the set hearing is what..4 days away? I think the best thing to do..is just be able to tell someone else what to do if this happens.. the man did the best thing by refusing to let them have her imo. He has a nice house..so they see the money to be made off of this for the court. believe me when I say this..all of this department will see their day, and the courts..remember what they did during the French revolution.

just tragic, so sad. join other like minded people -nationwide, to help stop these assaults on American children - I know it happens worldwide, however only stateside here as laws are different all over. countygrandjurydotorg
how ironic that the ministry takes away a child who is loved and cared for in a stable home, yet they seemingly ignore the downs-syndrome girl who had to tend to her dead drug-addicted mother for 2 weeks! The govt needs to re-assess the whole system for children & families!

@BCraingirl - CPS does the same everywhere (ignore real abuse, but take children from good and loving parents). They want to eradicate goodness and innocence, because it reminds them of what they are not.

Yes, Derek did do the best thing by telling them to get out, but unfortunately they got her at school. Another reason to home school your children, though it may be close to impossible for some. This is about money, mooching gov't jobs, but it is also about pure evil. But MCFD and all these other criminals will indeed see their day, I agree.

@CPSSucks
Isn't that considered kidnapping?
PACMANnot 6 months ago
@PACMANnot - I would consider it kidnapping, which used to be punishable by death. I would believe in the death penalty for these creeps, but I wouldn't trust the goverment to pave a road never mind decide someone's guilt or innocence in a capital case.
