Since opening our first office in 1975, we have grown in size and services along with the Wilmington community. Initially, the firm offered property management, project development and real estate brokerage services. Today, more than half of our annual business is derived from referrals by former or current customers and personal friends. All have witnessed the results of our commitment to creative marketing, service and follow-up after the sale.
