Yes that does sound good....but the problem i find when watching videos like this is i bet that would be even better with a steak or on fish...but good job

@tamisweetie Blessings :) Not all raw food diets are the same, the typical Mainstream Raw diet is between 30 - 65 % fat by calorie, tyically a low fat raw diet is below 15% and optimally below 10%. This is as simple as eating the bulk of your calories from fruit, as much leafy greens as you desire and no more than a small handful of nuts/seeds or 1/2 to 1 avocado in a day, or personally i feel better every other day or less.
