Saab Sonett two stroker testrun

Testrun of a Saab Sonett -67 that's been standing in a barn since 1978.
My dad bought it back in 1968 and used it until 1978. It was standing in a barn but 2003 he finally decided to start it up again. The oiltank was a bit rusty and had to be replaced but otherwise everything was ok.
Since then the waterpump have been rebuilt and new soccerball wheels have been fitted.
Nowerdays dad uses it during the summer. It's a charming car with a lovely sound.

I notice yours is a lower number,I can tell by the different wood dashboard.

Sounds great. The road you shot for this video looks just like the area where the pictures for the sales brochure was taken!

@MrWildECoyote1 The motor had been oiled to prevent it from rust since the car had been standing still for several years. Now it's running on 3% oil mixed gas and does not smoke as much as in the video.

But its probably not the most enviromental friendly car.... ;)

Blendzoll is a 2 stroke oil that will smell awesome in that car. Dirt bike riders for miles around will be following your scent.
