in the beginning of the video the bag is already moving and the he pretends that everything is ok and then he hears it. Funny how it also starts when he is completely blocking the background.

ok first of all you cant see the bottom half of the punching bag so there is the possibility that someone is moving it

fake,and why? first the bag was already moving,and second you look behind like if you ear it duh,and i bet the ghost would not just move the bag,and third when shit like that happends the spirits would take energy from you or other energy source to manifest himself,and you would feel cold,and none of that happend,try harder facking it.
