What people don't understand about this video is, it started late after things started to get a little heated already. Before the video started that citizen was being calm and exercising his RIGHTS as a FREE CITIZEN. What the COPS didn't like about that was that he wasn't doing what they were asking, whether or not it was ILLEGAL for them to ask him. Then they think that THEY have the right to arrest him because he didn't do as they say.... rate this up so people know....
