@Sephirius In the context this video is based on though your information is not valid, Due to it talking about swapping a 2j into an S14...

@Bmodwondr The BMW S14 is a 2.3 L (2302cc) DOHC 16-valve I4 piston engine. It was used in the E30 M3. The S14 is essentially a BMW M10 basic engine block casting with modified oil drain back passages and a M88/S38 DOHC cylinder head (minus two cylinders). It has four separate throttle bodies. It developed 195 PS (143 kW/192 hp), or 200 PS (147 kW/197 hp) without a catalytic converter. A special tuned model, the S14 EVO producing 20 PS more. The 2.3 L version has a 93.4 mm bore and 84mm stroke.

@Sephirius You're a tard, S14 is a car. Sr20 is the engine in it.
-
Actually yes, the S14 is an engine, and it is better than the 2JZ.
-
2200 for a 2jz look for a wrecked lexus sc 300

TECH2 IS A RIP OFF!

@TheSaltysack rb25det is better for stock power and is putting down more horsepower to the wheels easier with bolt on mods than the sr but the sr is better for drifting because of the way it sits in the engine bay...the weight is more balance than the rb..also parts for the sr are easier to find than the rb and often cheaper...so it really just depends on what you want..if u want a 300hp drift car go with the sr but if u want a 400+hp drag car go w/ rb
-
rb25's stronger
