@someguy1228 Yes it is. You have to go talk to Lagolas with Squall before leaving to get back Rinoa.

@madMosher023 A helpful thing to do would be to complete side quests for cards. Rare cards can be Card Modded into useful items, which can be used for the Ultimicia battle. Also, train a little on the Island Closest to Heaven and the Island Closest to Hell. They have a lot of useful magic draw points and difficult monsters you can battle to level up. Another key is to not concentrate on just 3 or 4 people throughout the game; try to work on everyone.

Is the cutscene at 7:11 optional? I never recall seeing it.

@KissOfTwilight that's how i felt whenever i played it. the cinematic quality of this story is virtually unrivalled in the ff series in my opinion. but someone will reply to me that 7 was the best. what i said was cinematic quality as in drama and emotion and not just kick ass. otherwise i would have said 10. but yeah i loved this game.

it's kinda hard to believe someone like Squall could fall for Rinoa and vice versa. but i guess opposites really do attract.
