Sorry. But I haven't played WoW for a year or more. Here are some instructions:
Go all the way south of Winterspring to that dark place full of demons. When you are in there try to go southwest as much as you can and explore the walls. You should be able to find the ruined pillar you see me jumping on. After that, just hop up around the cliffs and you should eventually find the tree zones.

And also, this was done a year ago on the Player Test Realms, so there is no guarantee this will work anymore.
