he actually is in the desert scene of rotf. when the decepticons arrive to cairo you will see a open space filled with sandclouds, you see bonecrusher in his vehicle mode there.

Deluxe Class: Bumblebee, Jazz, Barricade, and Scorponok
Voyager Class: Ironhide and Ratchet
Leader Class: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream, Blackout, Bonecrusher, and Brawl.
all these sizes for movie accuracy

Leader Bonecrusher would rock. But it's kind of pointless to complain about scale problems in Transformers. Transformers holds an almost eldrich disdain for scale, and always has.
