These No Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies are the best way to put a delicious treat onto the table in a hurry. Not only do they contain only five ingredients, they take mere minutes to make. These cookies are packed with the goodness of oats, instead of the usual junk that goes into most cookies. But please make sure that your brand of oats is certified gluten free.

  • Wow - can't wait to try these - absolutely LOVE that they are "no bake". Has anyone tried them with almond milk instead of regular milk? We don't usually keep regular milk on hand.

  • @RSHealthSolutions I'm not sure if anyone has tried it with almond milk yet. If you try it I hope you'll come back and leave a comment with the results. A lot of the viewers do have multiple allergies so I'm sure a many will be interested in the results.

  • whoa butter is gluten free???

  • @kyuui007 Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and some oats. Butter is gluten free since it is derived from milk. People with a lactose intolerance or casein allergy need to avoid it. Those people could substitute coconut butter. I haven't tested it but imagine it would work out just fine.

  • @chefHolly33 Thanks Chef Holly, This is a real simple one to throw together in minutes.
