No absolutely not! Every words in French have got a specifique genre. And in this case the colours are adjectives so they have to be of the same genre and number of the noun they qualify. For example to say a blue shoe it's: une chaussure bleue. And the plural (two blue shoes) is: deux chaussures bleues. Hope it will help you^^
