This went right in my favourites the second it was uploaded. To anybody who thinks he's too old or not in shape for Parkour: I'm 28, and I'm afraid of approaching a scale. I still learned a lot with those guys, did cartwheels without hands, wallruns, cat leaps, monkeys, jumped over large gaps, and even did backflips. They called my "old guy" and "grampa", and you know what? I loved it!

Now get out and TRAIN. If I can do it, so can you.
