For y'all wondering about the sound system, it was voted one of the best in the country. If you're ever in town, I suggest you head out to U Street Music Hall. You don't have to worry about pretentious assholes there, just good people wanting to get down and enjoy life. And after the club lets out, walk 1 minute to Ben's Chili Bowl (As seen on various food shows) and get their famous half smoke.
