Tropical Storm Fay. Filmed in Neptune Beach, The evening before the storm made land fall and next day as the storm had passed, with its after effects still being felts.
Florida August 20th and 21th 2008. The effects of the storms were attenuated after having been a hurricane over the Caribbean. moving across Florida from West to east and then turning again of the first coast, near Daytona and coming across the northeast Florida.
