And We're Clear - Mother's Day 2009

My life changed in the new year. Two hugely significant aspects of it came to an end and left me with more time to spend with the most important person in my life, my daughter Willow. It's difficult to measure and unfair to expect a single person to lift you up and save your life, especially a six year old, but now I believe that we aren't here so much for our children, as they are for us. I have learned and lived and even loved more because of her.

This Mother's Day, I celebrate my daughter's MOM, by celebrating my daughter.
