What's the problem? These conscripts are not women, but men, and the male meat is just cannon fodder, so it's good to train it to the obedience with hard pain, cruel discipline and sexual abuses. Yes, I agree that sexual abuses are terrible for men too, but a man can't have any right, he just has to obey to his superiors.
