You have no idea how long I've wanted to make this video. And a note, yeah, I know. But it's not Lucy and Edmund in the video. It's young Maps and young Pauline. Okie-dokie?

Summary:

(A massive pile of fluffy fluff)

Maps and Pauline were the best of friends since birth, but when Pauline's family moved away, the two friends were left without the other. After several years had passed, Pauline and her family returned to their old neighborhood, allowing the two of them to rekindle their old friendship. But when Maps first sees Pauline, after all these years, he sees that she is not only the fondly missed companion of his childhood, but also a beautifully matured young lady. He becomes instantly attracted to her, and when he reminisces about their childhood, he realizes that his romantic feelings for her existed even when they were children. Though he wants to tell Pauline exactly how he feels, he can't bring himself to say anything to her, not wanting to ruin the friendship that had existed between them in the past and the potential friendship they could have now that she's returned. He remains entranced by her, but never says a thing, until finally, Pauline show him exactly how she feels about him.
