@MrHaggis03 Here's the problem with your statement, first this was a free an open public event which didn't denied them to practice their 1st Amendment rights, these arrest never hold up in court an I am 99.99 percent certain these charges where dismissed. Once they have the officer stating they would take them to jail if they don't leave it's over they have violated their rights and then they have a possible law suit on their hands.

@johnnysgotaproblem89 Well see the whole point behind a Republic in distinction from a Democracy is the rights of the few (the street preachers) are not violated to do a favor for the majority. That would be allowed in a Democracy (otherwise known as mob rule). But not in a Republic. Praise God we were given a Republic.
