  • Even though you gained, you should still keep doing what you're doing. It was expected that you would gain since you missed a few days or somthing, but you just need to make sure you're really really wanting to reach that goal and just do a little bit each day.

  • @thelwilliams94 I agree with you. I'm not going to stop the videos. No working out for me usually means some weight gain!

  • Join the Reddit Community "Losing it", plenty of support from people who have hit plateus. Also, definitely go see a nutritionist. I dropped from 330 - 270 and couldn't go a pound lower for nearly 4 months, finally went to a nutritionist and found out my hormones were off. Started wearing a patch to correct it and felt like a brand new person, plus the weight came off like it was supposed to! Currently down to 230.

  • dude I'm just going to make a channel called PETEisGAININGit and plagiarize all your vids. I'd get more likes since the name is not misleading.

    btw, 260 is your ideal weight, I don't believe you'll ever lose anymore. it's over. can't believe you can't just eat 1500 cal/day. that's like 3 cheeseburgers, 1 per meal. why would anyone eat more than one burger in one meal? so easy. that McDonald's diet is healthier than what you're eating now.
