I, like many kids, grew up with Sesame Street. I'll never forget making time to watch it before the school bus came. There really aren't any words to describe how special it is.
A college professor of mine was once the president of The Corporation For Public Broadcasting and had to go to D.C. every year to beg for funding. For someone to have to beg to keep Sesame Street on the air is disgraceful.
