@killerclown001 I've heard that, but also heard chevy 350 V-8's were also used. It seems to vary by source. Porsche 914's I've heard on youtube don't sound like the Coyote. I'm guessing they also used custom exhaust.

Cody Coyote X is a kit car based on the McLaren M6GT on a beetle chassis with a Porche 914 motor.

some of the Coyote's engine & tire screeching sounds have GOT to be from the original death race 2000
btw always love seeing the 'practice' skid marks on the pavement before they actually do the maneuvers on camera

@opelkadett79 I'd like to know which car the engine/acceleration sound comes from. I've checked several Youtube vids of Ferrari 308's and they don't sound anything like it. It think it's one of the best sounding engine/acceleration sounds ever.

If i remember corectly the engine sound is a v8 from the ferrari 308.
