Luc Chalmet (Antwerp Management School) introduces the book Grenzeling from a Lean and Agile Management point of view. Lean and Agile manufacturing are defined as base and then the concept of Grenzeling is launched as the breakpoint with tradional views. In the end of the presentation, the newest executive course 'Strategic Process Innovation' for the Antwerp management school is addressed, since it will be accomplished with cooperation with Ives De Saeger (P41, author), based on the insights of Grenzeling.

The book Grenzeling launches a practical approach to systematic innovation, combined with insights of contextual psychology and is written as a business roman. The interview took place on the 16th of September 2010 during the press conference held at the site of TBP Electronics in Geel.
