http://blog.paulpolak.com --Paul Polak describes how what may start as a revolution to change things for the better can become a large institution that is ineffective. Institutions have the potential to do great harm and wasted resources. Paul gives specific examples of the problems of becoming very large and uses large amounts of money. He also describes how aid channeled through governments often gets diverted from the places the aid is needed most.
