As you know, cementing a game as "cult status" is a good way for an independent company to take a shot at a sequel. :)

I really wish Phades had the cover art armor in the game. Chris, your devotion towards the original cd-console system has moved me. I still own my Duo and it is still in pristine condition. I'm considering knocking the cobwebs out of my head and doing a video playthrough of Dungeon Explorer 2 for the youtube populace. Games like this are lost on today's youth and I feel need all the exposure they can get.

@deniskenn Most were stores then. The rest were online, various sources in the early 2000's (finished the collection about nine years ago). :)

You don't have to decide "who gets the power up crystal" in either Dungeon Explorer game.
The boss drops one crystal for each character.
No character can pick up more than one crystal per boss fight.
It's obvious you didn't actually test the multiplayer...
