President Obama will address a Joint Session of Congress on September 8, 2011 to lay out a new stimulus plan similar to the failed 2009 stimulus plan. Unemployment rate is now higher than the President projected it would be even without his stimulus plan.

Perhaps if the Republicans stop trying to derail the government and the President's efforts to fix the mess Bush left for us we would not have to fight so hard to overcome their burden on the economy...? Just a thought... ;-D
