People can talk all the "smack" they want about Lady Gaga....but at least she is trying to make a difference in a world that is cruel and biased. Im pretty sure Lady Gaga is promoting Human EQUALITY, which means she is not trying to be compared to or better than Lennon. She sang this song as a tribute to him and part to honor Matthew Shepard, but mostly she sang this song because of the feeling behind it when it was written. The meaning is still true. I think she would want you to listen to the words, not argue over who sang it better. For the bigots posting anti-gay slander.... Your just mad because i get more pussy than you =)~
