Arrival of 2012 sprinter directly from dealer with defective mirror. Shortly after arriving our facility for the first time, employee inspects mirror, which driver complained was flapping wildy during his trip from dealer. Incredibly, MBUSA refuses to repair the defective mirror, even though it was defective from the very beginning.
I am disappointed the MB doesn't have better customer service. Perhaps we will succeed in resolving this matter once it is in front of the right person. If that is the case, I will post an update here.
