Jeff Novick's Fast Food DVD is here: https://secure2.vegsource.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=99&products_...

Jeff Novick's FAST FOOD DVD program provides those who live busy lives with quick, easy, and tasty ways to stick with the the McDougall Maximum Weight Loss plan. You'll never be without something yummy in your fridge. Make sure to keep basic ingredients in stock: canned no-salt-added beans and tomatoes, plenty of frozen veggies and fruit, and lots of potatoes and brown rice. To those ingredients add fresh veggies and fruit when they are in season or when they sound good. You can eat a LOT of food — sometimes 3-4 helpings of your favorite soup — and stay happy and satisfied and at your goal weight.

Frozen fruit is less problematic for lots of reasons (e.g. availability, ease (pre-cut, pre-pitted, etc), less waste).

  • Please look at this channel should you wish health and healing.

    peace and Blessings to all.

  • Love those beans!!! Great idea!!! Less prepping... yes!!!

  • @ocergnairb Jeff Novick does follow the guidelines of 8-1-1, the true 8-1-1 that the longevity cultures followed.

  • Great earthquake preparedness foods. Wouldn't want to put this stuff in my body on a daily basis. I guess there are all levels of health??? Certainly better eating than super-processed foods, cheeseburgers, and pizza. Raw fruits and veggies are the way to go....stressing high on the fresh, in season, organic fruits! Leave the grains for the birds and candida lovers.

Helpful tips for someone transitioning out of a SAD diet.

  • I just realised that Jeff is a vegetarian. =) I'll try to eat more veges.

  • I thought he was turning into Jeff 'The Thermometer' Novick for a moment there by the sword fish. I always see red when I think of sword fish.
