been there, done that, got the T-Shirt. We were so manipulated, my wife sold her Christmas ear rings just to pay tithes. We even put tithes on credit cards just to stay blessed. (don't know how we could've missed the blessings?) When it came to groceries or tithes, we chose tithes, or doubled up the next week if it wasn't in the bank.

Good video. After two years of being free from legalistic giving, we're still struggling because our finances were nearly ruined because of these wolves.

In Jesus Ministry he didnt pay a tithe and in his lifetime didnt receive a tithe. Infact tithing today is a sin as we are not from the tribe of levites, so these churchs worldwide are doing more harm by twisting God word into man made rules Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Every pastor teaching this doctrine of the devil will miss the rapture! and sadly EVERYONE who follows this doctrine will also.

Nehemiah 13:5 Tithe only to be paid to the tribe of Levites so since we are NOT levites we dont pay tithes. Jesus didnt receive a tithe or pay tithes as he wassnt a levite but a jew Matthew 1:3 as he was from the tribe of Judah. If Jesus did pay tithes or receive a tithe then he would be a sinner as Nehemiah 13:5 says Only to be payed to the levites. Matthew 8:20 Luke 9:58 Jesus owned no propperty. He would of been a hypocrite if he did and then tell the rich man to give away everything.

thank you bro- I am a person of giving, so when a pastor exercises his authority behind the pulpit using bible scripture such as Malachi, i give. i fell into this manipulation and was confused until now. I stop giving tithe about 2 months ago, not because i struggle financially nor because i was greedy. I stop because I see that I've been manipulated and scammed. Giving shouldn't be based on fear or guilt, nor because you're expecting something in return. Giving should be done cheerfully.

if these buildings cant be afforded they should just meet in homes.... and do crusades once a year..... they should stop lying to us by claiming they need sooo much money to pay for the buildings and pastors airpane fees.... God provides for those He sends..... I have been duped , duped and duped this is my yr of waking up... thnks for these uploads they help us to get out of the rut many of us are in.... just to fit in &believe in seed and harvest . christ came to set us free & we been bound

Unfortunately there are pastors out here who scoff at the notion of giving to others in lieu of tithing to them. If you tell them you would rather help people than help pay for some building they will call you disobedient and rebellious among other things. When I see a pastor who has a problem with people helping others red flags go up.
