Punjab police is efficient in controlling dharnakaris,etc but it is totally inefficient in investigation the criminal cases.instead of registering FIR on the complaint of complainant, protection of criminal & accuse become their 1st priority because only accused can give police a NAJRANA & not complainant.police officer forgot that a criminal case/complaint can be filed against him u/s 166,218 IPC.for not follow law & protecting accused.for the sake of some money he becomes client of Advocates
