Jimmy ain't bright - bad business decisions do not mean deregulation is at fault - Colorado has no deregulation and Xcel (monopoly) keeps doubling costs on consumers - explain THAT monopoly behaviour....these guys USED deregulation to destroy a company - electricity CHOICE is always better even when some nitwits don't like the idea of non-Socialist concepts
