I have seen games with far less impressive dragons in them. This is pretty dang good.

The wing membrane needs to attach further down the dragons back rather than so close to the wings point of attachment. Such a large gap in support makes the dragon look unconvincing when animated flying. Wing membrane should also stretch from the wings shoulder to the wing thumb, for further support and to act as a brace against wind. Take a look at bats and pterosaurs, they can fly because their wings support them.

can we have a demo dragon to use.......

would look more polished if the forelegs aimed backwards too. it doesn't make much sense to me that it would brake itself with them during flight.

o_o
this is litterally the first 3d model [set] that is already made for torque.

awesome! what program did you use?
-
mind me asking what methods you use for texturing these?
The front paws look funny.

thats the best you can do with custom bones in this case. Sacrifice for wing animations since initially dragon was supposed to only fly.

Cool model and textures. Good animations. The front feet don't look natural, how you might expect them to behave, for a lot of the animations on the ground.

2 hands are used on the wings, for more natural flying animations. You can't have everything at once in best quality :)
So front legs are made with extra bones and were huge pain to animate correctly. So actually there are just feet not animated, but for 3d games it is more than enough. Show me better results :)
