Silent Hill NURSE Walk Test (HQ)

Okay guys, don't get upset with me lol.


I'm doing a quick cosplay of a Nurse from Silent Hill: Homecoming. I know that the skirt is MUCH more shorter in the game, unfortunately, I don't have anything that short.

This is a closet cosplay, meaning that I dug in through my closet to see if I could pull of a character. The dress is actually like, a sleeping gown, and a button up shirt under it.

And guys, that's not really a mask. Well, I made it look like one. Actually, it's just a one of those mummy glove-sleeves from a halloween costume I bought a year or two ago. It's being held to my face with scotch tape and the parts I couldn't cover with the wraps that were attached to it I used toilet paper.

(Yes...my face was pretty irritated afterwards but it wasn't nearly as stuffy as that gold mask I wore earlier in the vid, fortunately.)

I'm wearing 3 inch heels at the end. My feet still kinda hurt.

One of the things have mentioned before, is that I'm a perfectionist - or better yet obsessive compulsive - when it comes to cosplay. So besides going about to make the actual costume, for every character, I work on the walk and how they react to the environment. Kind of like a method actor. I stay completely in character while in costume, and the only time I don't, is almost always when I'm in the privacy of my room. (It's really tiring, but I like to do things that way, and I think it makes people happy....I know I'm a weirdo.)

I've been researching the nurses of silent hill, and tried working on it for a bit before actually recording. So yeah. The second trial that I didn't show wasn't good (especially since I walked like Valtiel with the jerky movements XD) So yea.

Lol, I will eventually, (I love messing with texture and color, so I'm going to get it as close to the game as possible). The costume right now is on the metaphoric burner, cause I'm going to make it from scratch. (more than likely)

I think you did a pretty good job. I haven't played Homecoming yet but from the trailers I've seen I'd say you're doing very well, pulling off the walk of the nurses. If you ever make the costume I am sure it will be very interesting to see you walk around!

U have this twitchy wobble thing that's good but they also jerk their shoulders drag their feet n are a bent over more. Last one was pretty good tho

Drag your feet....They cant pick up there feet...they're dead...So try to drag them more.
