A quick video about the way I'm using my green stuff... It might not be the best idea, or indeed an original idea. However, I reckon it looks pretty cool. & I'm quite sure it'll look sweet when it's painted.
Cheers guys....
C&C welcome.

  • an excellent resource for green stuff..

    sylmasta.com/acatalog/Creative_Kneadatite_Putties.html

You will get a giant roll of it for a tenner, as opposed to a tiny strip from games workshop for a fiver! (they make such a killing!!)

It is absolutely 100% the green stuff your used to from GW, no funny smell or anything different - except the amount..Its the same stuff.

That website also has some other interesting epoxy putties that may suit some people.I haven't tried the others, yet.

  • @pixiemog - Good call dude!

I'll defo give this a try next time I need some green stuff.

    Thanks! :D

  • a great tip ive heard when greenstuffing nurgle tanks is to imagine that there is an octopus living inside it, all my nurgle tanks have tentacles bursting out from the inside :D great work man

  • @beanerwarlock -

    Cheers dude. :D

  • Hello, I do not know if you could do this please, but if you have the time (and hopefully skill) could you make a tutorial on how to make detailed figure parts out of green stuff?

What I mean by this is a chaos marines arm in a certain position or doing something certain, like pullig a pistol out of a holster, or holding a chain sword in a peculier way. Thanks

  • @ApelAndy - I think I might have replied to this already???

My only real advice mate is use as much of the real arms etc etc as you can. EG - cut up an arm with a plasma gun for example, think about how you want it to be positioned, then maybe glue it as best you can & fill in the gaps with green stuff (GS). That will probably work best. In my experience if you try & make GS things from scratch they'll probably look shit. :D
