@lobodemar26 we use the protection equipment in order to ensure a safe and relaxed practice, allowing full contact. that means you can compete expecting your opponent will attack with all he's got, but with the peace of mind that you will not get a broken nose, or you will break nobody's teeth or ribs, no matter what.
the bogu doesn not make us weak, it keep us safe while we get stronger with practice. street fight comes, you want your body as used to deliver a full force attack as possible.

Very nice and imppresive! But isn't bad that they wear too much protection when an street ficght comes?? Just a question not a critic cuz they are relly good!!
