  • Yes, it was (is) the largest. The rest were CRJ's and smaller Airbuses (like NWA's A320's).

  • Northwest, now delta, has had a daily flight to amsterdam from memphis for many years. First it was a KLM MD-11, then a Northwest DC-10, now they use an A330

    You don't see very many in Memphis. Mostly twin engine plans. But 3 engines (Fed EX) are still common to see.

    Also the Memphis Air Gaurd is now flying the large G5 Galaxy. There really big.

  • hmm, i always figured that NWA flew the in'l flights from there with 757's with BW's
