Mostly, except I drew on the human faces and the grid on the guy's shirt. I didn't cut everything out myself, though. Some of the trees and buildings were bought at a scrap booking store, and the stripes on the train were from an unused carnival popcorn bag. Other than that it's all construction paper scissors and sticky tack.
