Bacterin OsteoSponge Bone Graft in Foot Surgery. This video shows the use of the graft for a STJ arthrodesis, Calcaneal Cuboid arthrodesis, and an opening wedge Navicula Cuneiform arthrodesis. This product once hydrated becomes sponge-like which allows it to fit into small and expand to fill all the voids.

  • The graft is clearly osteoconductive, but how can it be osteoinductive when it is irradiated?

  • @cbezenar It is low frequency gamma radiated which does not damage the BMPs. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
