@MikeyD3g lucky. my first computer only had a 4 meg MFM hdd. it ran at 6.5mhz. -- unless I pressed ctrl+alt+[plus], then I got 12mhz!!! and my dad made sure I remembered to park the hard drive before flipping the giant switch in the back, side of the case.

@jebug29 I'd still go with the Mac, I've installed hardware that needed me to edit the autoexec.bat and config.sys files. That was a world of pain.

how to replace a hard drive on a MacBook Pro;
1: Remove the bottom cover
2:Remove the HDD
3:Insert the new HDD
4:Close the cover and turn on the computer.
