Super Fast & Dynamic Wing Tsun Demo with Sifu Riis

Very fast & dynamic Wing Tsun Demo performed by Sifu Riis at Battle of Copenhagen quite a few years ago before he was acknowledged as a Master.
It's quite amazing to see the evoulution in knowledge and performance
since then. Everything has changed from stances to deflections, turns - structures,angles, power & balance - I still think it's a great demo though well worthwhile a glimpse even though it's from a byegone era ;)

This was fantastic.

I am currently learning Wing Tsun.

I am a female, and hope to excel at this wonderful martial arts as one of the origin stories tells of it being created for females, or directed towards them.

It's truly a magnificient method for women to learn selfdefense that actually works, wich we have had proof of on numbers of occasions. We even educated the first female bouncer in DK.
