While arriving at an APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) dinner in Santiago, Chile, guards at the door refused to let President Bush's security personnel into the building.

As the video shows, without hesitation the president stepped into the mob of Chilean guards blocking the door, and plucked his Secret Service agent into the building.

The incident occurred on Saturday November 16, 2004.
