Very impressive. I used to lift at the same gym you worked out at in Washington, PA (Work That Body) back in the day. Eons ago. I used to lift heavy, but finally realized that higher reps are much easier on my shoulders. I still do max effort on each set though and when I can do 3 sets of 15 reps, I increase the weight next time. Curious if you train specifically for max reps with 135?? Also, any idea what some of your other maxes on bench were at this bodyweight? Very inspirational.

yes!! pushups.....do full then do 3/4's to halfs.....I can do about 275 pushups ....first 100 pushups are solid form....last 175 are fast and 1/2 reps..let me know how it goes.
