Who says you can't learn something as a dish washer? One day, while scrubbing stubborn dried egg yolks from blue plate specials in this upstate 50's diner, I stumbled across something rather shocking that was always right there in front of me waiting to be discovered (isn't that usually how it works?)

There, on a kitchen-stove-backsplash, staring me dead in the eyes and...what was, only yesterday, a curious deterioration of painted expansiveness...was what I can only describe as the Death Mask of Dr. Albert Einstein! (eyes closed because...he IS dead, you know).

I am aware that it's quite possible you may see it simply as a curious deterioration of painted expansiveness but, I share his image with you in the hopes that it just might morph into the good doctor in front of your searching eyes and that his dude-ness impresses you enough that you'll tell thousands of your friends, thus making the dead doctor a viral sensation and then, perhaps... all of us...well...quite frankly...millionaires! Yes?

  • Inspiration comes in all forms - even more interesting that Einstein died in the 50's I think.

Whether cosmic or coincidence, the symbolism of it all is not lost - and I think that's the greatest virtue of it all :)

  • Coincidental, thanks for the share, will upload more clips when I get more time

  • That is really freaky.....but very interesting!!
